N° 34052 “José Antonio Encinas Franco,” located in the District of Yanacancha, Pasco, during the year 2024. The study is based on the recognition of the importance of motor development in early childhood, a crucial stage in the comprehensive formation of children, where fine motor skills play a fundamental role in their learning and growth. The crea-artistic method is presented as a pedagogical tool that combines art with playful and educational activities, specifically designed to stimulate and develop fine motor skills in young children. Through this methodology, the aim is not only to improve children's motor skills but also to foster their creativity, autonomy, and expressive capacity, essential elements for their cognitive and emotional development. The selection of I.E. N° 34052 “José Antonio Encinas Franco” as the setting for this research was not coincidental. This educational institution is characterized by its commitment to the holistic education of its students and its openness to the vii implementation of new pedagogical strategies that benefit children in their learning process. The teachers and parents of this community have shown a genuine interest in exploring methods that enhance their children's abilities, which has been a key factor in carrying out this study. Therefore, this report not only represents progress in the academic field but also aims to be a practical and significant contribution to the educational community of Yanacancha. Through the results obtained, it is expected that the crea-artistic method can be replicated and adapted in other institutions, thus expanding its impact on the development of fine motor skills and the holistic education of more children. This research seeks to highlight the importance of creativity and art in education, reaffirming their role as essential drivers in children's growth and development
